I'm a psychotherapist living in Chicago, IL. I was trained at Naropa University and strive to incorporate awareness, compassion and spirit into everything I do.

Professionally, I work a lot with addictions, the LGBT community and people undergoing life transition. I also teach mindfulness meditation.

I moved to Chicago in October 2006 from Boulder, CO. I love being in a city with arts, diversity and gay community. I hope, in the long run, to be a force for spreading the concepts of contemplative practice (prayer, meditation, movement) among mental health clinicians, healers, and the Chicago community as a whole. I enjoy spending time with other queer folk (and allies) who have a similar vision of enlightened society and compassion.
